Breeze Balm by Sammy Leo is more than a lip balm; it’s a family legacy that has been passed down for
three generations with love.
The formula, enriched with Lanolin and Beeswax was created 70 years ago by Sammy's grandfather in Dunedin, New Zealand. It is now a worldwide sensation living through Sammy as Breeze Balm.
Sammy's grandfather created a secret family recipe that was sold in their family pharmacy. The balm grew a cult-like following for repairing and revitalising chapped lips, cracked hands and other minor ailments with its lanolin-based formula.
This recipe was eventually passed down to Sammy's father, who carried on the tradition at their pharmacy in New Zealand.
In 2014, Sammy's parents sold the pharmacy, leaving many loyal fans worried they would no longer be able to buy their favourite balm.
Sammy, who had grown up in her family's shop, saw that there was a real demand for this product and, after tapping into her fanbase as an influencer, knew in her heart that it was time to bring her family's balm to the masses.
In 2016, the recipe was passed down to her and Breeze Balm as we know it today, was born.
Sammy's mission is simple. She wants to share her secret family recipe with the world so that everyone can enjoy soft, smooth and hydrated lips. She also seeks to encourage her Breeze Balm lovers to be confident in their own skin and to let their unique beauty shine.
