1. How is my box sent?
- All Australian orders include FREE shipping
- Your subscription box is dispatched on the 15th of each quarterly billed month through Australia Post. It takes around 4 – 7 days for your box to arrive to you depending on the postal service, your location and time of year.
- $8.00 standard shipping, recurring charge with each box
- $25.00 express shipping, recurring charge with each box
- Your subscription box will be dispatched on the 15th of each quarterly billed month through DHL. It takes around 7 – 21 days to receive your box with standard shipping and 2-10 days express.
- International Taxes/ Customs charges: You may be required to pay taxes and customs charges depending on your country.
• Please note: Lip Gossip does not cover import duty and taxes.
- Tracking numbers will be issued through the email you used to order your Beauty Box via our Customer Service Team. You can track your order on the appropriate website.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Please note: if the reason that you did not receive your parcel is because the addresses have been entered incorrectly, have not been updated before we shipment date, or failure to pick up your Lip Gossip Beauty Box By Breeze Balm from your local post office following attempted delivery, there will be a re-postage fee as per our Terms and Conditions.
2. What happens if I am not at home when my box is due to be delivered?
- There are a few things you can do to ensure safe delivery of your box.
(a) You can opt for the ‘signature only’, if you are not home you should be left a card from the Post, your package will go to your local Post Office ready for collection by you. This can be done through your tracking notification email from Australia Post. All international shipments require a signature for delivery unless waived by the receiver via No Signature Required
(b) Choose ‘leave in a safe place’ and detail where you would like the box safely left. We suggest a good place as the Lip Gossip box is not one you want to lose! You can request this during the delivery process through your tracking notification email.
• Please note: if your package hasn’t arrived, the best thing we suggest is to contact your local post office regarding this using the tracking number.
3. When will my box arrive?
- We send out our amazing Lip Gossip boxes quarterly. That’s four boxes in a year, or one every three months.
• Please note: once the goods have been accepted by the shipping provider (Australia Post or DHL), we cannot be responsible for the delivery or delays of your items.
4. How much is shipping?
- FREE SHIPPING for all Australian orders… yahooooooo!
- International shipping is:
(a) $8.00 standard delivery (7-21 days)
(b) $25.00 express delivery (2-10 days)
1. Which subscription is best for me?
- We offer two subscriptions for a total of four boxes per year:
(a) Quarterly: you will be charged immediately from time of purchase and receive your first box in that quarter, and then you will be charged once every three months on the 1st of each month. This is 4 payments per year of $59.95.
(b) 12 Months: you will be charged immediately upfront for 4 boxes from time of purchase and receive your first box in that quarter, and then you will be charged annually. This is a once off payment of $211.04, saving $28.76 per year!
2. What if I go away and want to postpone a box?
- We understand that people go off on holidays, need a break or just want to postpone a box and that is fine! Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and our friendly Customer Care Team will be happy to assist you.
3. What is your cancellation policy?
- You can cancel at any time, up until 2 days before the subscription rolls over. If the cancellation occurs after your subscription rolls over, you will be charged, and you will receive the allocated box for that quarter.

1. Can I just try one box?
- We don’t sell one off boxes however you can cancel anytime on our Quarterly box subscription!
2. Can I choose what’s in my box?
- The best thing about the Lip Gossip Beauty Box by Breeze Balm is that we bring you the latest and greatest products on the market today! These will come as a mystery to you, which just makes receiving the box all the more exciting!
3. What if I don’t like something in the box?
- One of the best things about the Lip Gossip box is that each box (excluding the very first box) is a mystery. While we try to select brands and products that are amazing for you and we know is loved by many, we cannot guarantee that your personal preference will be met every single time. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for this.
4. Are all of the products cruelty free?
- We at Lip Gossip Beauty Box by Breeze Balm are super strong believers in cruelty free products, we will only include products that are not tested on animals.
1. I love this product! Where can I get another?
- You can purchase the product featured in the box off the original featured brands websites.
2. One of the products I received is damaged, how can I get it replaced?
- All products are checked for quality prior to delivery by our distribution team and while Lip Gossip Beauty Box by Breeze Balm endeavours to ensure that the box and product is delivered to you in good condition, they may be damaged during delivery. Please contact us as at email@example.com with a description and photo within 14 days of delivery so we can investigate and arrange some next steps for you.

(a) Quarterly subscription: $59.95 AUD billed on the 1st of the month May, August, November (excluding your initial purchase).
(b) 12 month subscription: $211.04 AUD billed upfront at the time of initial purchase and renewing every 12 months.

- Log into your account and amend your details in your ‘Payment information’.
2. How can I change my address?
- Moving somewhere? Log into your account and amend your details through ‘address information’.
3. Why has my account been suspended?
- If this occurs, you should receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org detailing the reason why your account has been suspended. The most likely case is if your subscription was declined payment.
1. Am I eligible for a refund?
- Lip Gossip Beauty Box by Breeze Balm makes no guarantees or warranties about the products that are provided by the supplier. We do not offer refunds, replacements or credits.
2. If I cancel, will I still receive all my boxes?
- If you cancel before your quarterly subscription rolls over, you will not receive the next box & your subscription will be cancelled. If you cancel after your subscription quarterly payment is paid, you will receive the corresponding box and then your account will be cancelled.
- Your 12 month subscription covers payment of a total of 4 boxes over 12 months at a discounted rate. The renews each 12 months. If you cancel your 12 month subscription before the time frame of 12 months is complete, you will receive your 4 boxes and your subscription will not renew. If your annual payment renews, you will receive the 4 boxes in that year and no refunds or pro-rata rates will be given. Your subscription will be cancelled after the time period ends and all boxes are received.
