Golden GlowCase Promotion Terms and Conditions
1.
1. The promoter is Leonard Enterprises Pty Ltd (ACN 614 989 678) trading as Breeze Balm (Promoter).
2. This is a trade promotion game of chance. Entry to this promotion is via purchase only. No permit is required for this promotion in the participating Australian jurisdictions.
3. The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 24 September 2026 and closes at the earlier of:
(a) the date and time on which all Glow Cases have been sold; or
(b) 11:59pm AEST on 29 September 2026 (Promotion Period). Glow Cases are only available for purchase during the Promotion Period and while stocks last.
4. Information on prizes and how to participate in this promotion form part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry (Terms and Conditions). By purchasing a Glow Case, participants accept these Terms and Conditions.
5. This promotion is open to residents of New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, Tasmania and the Northern Territory aged 18 years or over (Eligible Participants). Residents of South Australia and the Australian Capital Territory are not eligible to participate in this promotion. Participation is not open to employees (or their immediate family members) of the Promoter or its related companies, or any person involved in conducting the promotion or determining the allocation of Winning Glow Cases.
6. Participation in this promotion is via the purchase of a Glow Case from the Promoter’s website (www.breezebalm.com) at the applicable retail price during the Promotion Period. No separate or additional fee is payable to participate in this promotion beyond the purchase price of the Glow Case.
7. Certain Glow Cases will be designated as winning Glow Cases (Winning Glow Cases). The number of Winning Glow Cases corresponds to the total number of prizes available under this promotion, as set out in clause 11 below.
8. Prior to dispatch, the Promoter will randomly select Glow Cases at the packing stage to be designated as Winning Glow Cases. The applicable prize will be included in each Winning Glow Case in place of the products that would ordinarily be included. The selection of Winning Glow Cases is conducted at random and is not influenced by the identity of the purchaser or any other factor.
9. A Winning Glow Case will contain the applicable prize in place of the products that would ordinarily be included in a Glow Case. The prize is supplied with the Winning Glow Case and is taken to be received by the purchaser upon delivery of the Winning Glow Case.
10. Whether a Glow Case is a Winning Glow Case is determined by chance at the time of allocation by the Promoter, prior to dispatch. The allocation of prizes to Winning Glow Cases is random and the Promoter does not and cannot selectively allocate Winning Glow Cases to particular purchasers.
11. The prizes available in this promotion are as follows:

Prize Tier 3: ● Coles Voucher — Number available: 1 — Value: AUD $500.00 (incl. GST)
Total prize pool: AUD $1,234.95 (incl. GST).
12. The value of each prize reflects the realistic retail value or recommended retail price of that prize. Prize values are correct at the time of printing and may be subject to change. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of a prize (or part thereof) occurring after the prize value is stated in these Terms and Conditions.
13. Purchasers of a Winning Glow Case do not need to take any additional steps to claim their prize. The prize is included in the Winning Glow Case and is received upon delivery of the Glow Case to the purchaser. The Promoter is not required to separately notify purchasers that they have received a Winning Glow Case.
14. If any prize includes alcohol, that prize may only be received by a purchaser who is aged 18 years or over at the time of purchase, and the purchaser acknowledges that alcohol should be consumed responsibly and in accordance with applicable liquor laws.
15. There is no claim period applicable to this promotion. Purchasers of a Winning Glow Case are deemed to receive and accept the prize upon delivery of the Winning Glow Case.
16. The Promoter will retain records of this promotion (including records of the allocation and distribution of Winning Glow Cases, purchaser details and order records) for a minimum of twelve (12) months from the end of the Promotion Period.
17. Unless expressly stated, any additional expenses associated with the use or enjoyment of a prize (including taxes payable in respect of the prize) become the responsibility of the purchaser. Purchasers are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize and may wish to seek independent financial advice.
18. If any prize becomes unavailable for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
19. Prizes are not redeemable for cash, credit or product and no exchanges are offered unless required by law.
20. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.
21. If a prize includes services or goods from a third party supplier, the purchaser may be required to agree to the terms and conditions of the relevant supplier in order to use or enjoy the prize. If the purchaser does not or cannot agree to such terms, the prize (or the relevant component) may be forfeited at the Promoter’s discretion.
22. Prizes contained in Winning Glow Cases are delivered together with the Glow Case. Standard delivery timeframes for Glow Cases apply. The Promoter takes no responsibility for prizes lost or damaged in transit, except to the extent that liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
23. Each purchaser’s personal information (PI) is collected to enable the Promoter to process orders and administer this promotion. The PI of purchasers may be provided to third parties who are assisting the Promoter, including prize suppliers, deliverers and, if required, authorities that regulate promotions. Errors and omissions in PI may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
24. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this promotion is governed by the Privacy Policy available on the Promoter’s website (www.breezebalm.com).
25. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, corruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, orders or transaction records. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer networks and systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or any failure of the Promoter’s website on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, including any injury or damage to any purchaser’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.
26. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved. If a Winning Glow Case has been dispatched to a disqualified purchaser, the Promoter may require the return of the prize at the purchaser’s expense.
27. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper, safe and legal conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the purchase or allocation process, or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
28. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally affects the conduct of this promotion, including but not limited to vandalism, pandemics, epidemics, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest or strikes, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the promotion and recommence it from the start on the same conditions at a later date, or if this is not reasonable or possible, it may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
29. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales. Purchasers submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
