Refund policy

Returns: As our products are of a personal care nature we do not accept returns or exchanges of opened, and/or used product so please choose carefully. If you wish to exchange your unopened product, it must be returned within 14 days, with undamaged packaging.

Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and naturally derived so they can have variations from batch to batch (slight changes in colour for example).
Damaged Parcels: We're very sorry if the product you looked forward to receiving has arrived damaged. We do our best to pack them safely, once it's on its way, we cannot control transit handling.  If you reach out to us within 14 days of receiving them, our team will be able to assist you in line with our policies.
