Terms and Conditions. 

1. Acceptance

1.1 By entering this Promotion, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

1.2 Information on how to enter and the prize forms part of these Terms.

1.3 Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms.

2. Promotion Period

2.1 The Promotion starts 13 November 2025 at 6 pm (AEST) and ends 13 November 2025 at 11:59 pm (AEST) (“Promotion Period”).

2.2 Entries received outside this time will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over, excluding residents of South Australia and the Australian Capital Territory.

3.2 Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter, suppliers, and associated agencies are ineligible.

3.3 Entrants must use their own name and contact details; the Promoter may verify identity, age and residency.

3.4 If a winner is found to be under 18 years of age, their entry will be deemed invalid.

4. How to Enter

4.1 To enter, during the Promotion Period, entrants must:
Simply Place an order on www.breezebalm.com on 13 November 2025; ( refunds, chargebacks or cancellations render the qualifying ineligible. )

Provide their full name, valid email address and mobile number at checkout on their order.

4.2 Entries are automatic upon a qualifying purchase.

4.3 Incomplete, incomprehensible, late or automated entries will be deemed invalid.

4.4 There is a strict limit of one (1) prize for one (1) winner .

4.5 No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions or any other reason beyond the Promoter’s control.

5. Prize Details

Total Prize Value: AUD $8,000 (inclusive of GST)

Prize Includes:

• Return flights for four (4) from the winner’s nearest major Australian capital city or New Zealand airport to the Gold Coast;
  
  

• Four (4) nights’ accommodation in a 2-Bedroom Ocean View Apartment at The Star Residences for four people;
  
  

• Daily breakfast at Harvest Buffet;
  
  

• $1,000 food & beverage credit at The Star Gold Coast;
  
  

• Late checkout;
  
  

• On-site parking; and
  
  

• 4 × Theme Park passes (valid for Movie World, Sea World and Wet n Wild).
  
  

5.1 The Prize must be taken between 1 December 2025 and 30 June 2026, subject to availability and blackout dates.

5.2 The winner and companions must travel together on the same itinerary.

5.3 Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5.4 If any component of the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a component of equal or greater value.

5.5 All other costs are the winner’s responsibility (e.g., transport to airport, travel insurance, visas, incidentals).

6. Draw and Winner Notification

6.1 The draw will take place at Breeze Balm Head Office on 20 November 2025 at 12 pm (AEST) at random.

6.2 The winner will be notified via email within 48 hours and may be announced on Breeze Balm’s website and social media channels.

6.3 If the winner does not claim their Prize by 20 December 2025, a redraw will occur on or after that date using the same method.

7. Verification and Disqualification

7.1 The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, residency and proof of purchase.

7.2 Entries may be disqualified if they contain false details, are incomplete, or breach these Terms.

7.3 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Privacy and Marketing

8.1 Entrants consent to the Promoter collecting, storing and using personal information for the purpose of conducting the Promotion and marketing communications in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

8.2 Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing at any time without affecting their eligibility.

8.3 By entering, the winner agrees to the use of their name, image and likeness for promotion without further payment.

9. Liability and Indemnity

9.1 Except for liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, injury, damage or expense (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of the Prize.

9.2 Winners and companions participate in all activities at their own risk and are responsible for obtaining adequate travel insurance.

9.3 The Promoter is not liable for delays, cancellations or force majeure events beyond its control. If such events occur, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion or substitute the Prize.

10. Taxes and Costs

10.1 Any tax liability arising from accepting the Prize is the winner’s responsibility.

10.2 Entrants are responsible for any associated costs (e.g., internet access, mobile data).

11. Platform Disclaimer

11.1 This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Shopify or any other platform. Entrants release these platforms from all liability.

12. General

12.1 The Promoter’s decision is final.

12.2 Failure by the Promoter to enforce any term does not constitute a waiver.

12.3 If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed and the remainder will continue in full force.

12.4 These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Queensland courts.
