Terms and Conditions. 

1. Acceptance

1.1 By entering this Promotion, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

1.2 Information on how to enter and the prize forms part of these Terms.

1.3 Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms.

2. Promotion Period

2.1 The Promotion starts 19 November 2025 at 8am (AEST) and ends 21 November 2025 at 7.59am  (AEST) (“Promotion Period”).

2.2 Entries received outside this time will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over. 

3.2 Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter, suppliers, and associated agencies are ineligible.

 3.3 Entrants must use their own name and contact details; the Promoter may verify identity, age and residency.

4. How to Enter

4.1 To enter, customers must:

• Place an order at www.breezebalm.com during the Promotion Period.

• Provide their full name and a valid email address at checkout.
  (Refunded, cancelled or chargeback orders will be deemed ineligible.)

4.2 Entries are automatic upon a qualifying purchase.

4.3 Incomplete, incomprehensible, late or automated entries will be deemed invalid.

4.4 There is a strict limit of one (1) prize per winner. 

4.5 No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions or any other reason beyond the Promoter’s control.

5. Win a double pass to Lady Gaga in Concert. 

5.1 There are 5 double passes to be won. 

5.2 One double pass per winner. 

5.2 Prizes cannot be chosen, swapped, transferred or redeemed for cash.

5.3 Concert tickets for locations Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane will be given based on closest city available to winner at the time of confirmation. 

5.4 Concert dates are
a) MELBOURNE 5th December 2025
b) BRISBANE 9th December 2025
c) SYDNEY 12th December 2025

5.4 To win, entrants must open their order once delivered and check to see if they have 2 Golden Tickets inside. 

6. How to Claim a Prize

6.1 To claim, winners must email customercare@breezebalm.com with:

• A clear photo of their golden ticket inside their order

• The ticket's serial number 

6.2 Tickets will be transferred once the winner has been confirmed and the tickets become available via ticketmaster or ticketek. 

6.3 Winners have until 1st December 2025 to claim their prize.

All unclaimed prizes will expire on 5th December 2025.

 

7. Verification and Disqualification

7.1 The Promoter may request proof of purchase or identification.

7.2 Entries or claims may be disqualified if:

• Details provided are false or incomplete,

• Fraudulent or tampered tickets are submitted, or

• These Terms are breached.
  7.3 The Promoter’s decision is final.
  

8. Privacy

8.1 Entrants consent to their personal information being collected and used for administering the Promotion and for marketing communications in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

8.2 Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

8.3 Winners consent to their name and likeness being used for promotional purposes without compensation.

 

9. Liability

9.1 Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not liable for loss, damage, injury or claims arising from participation in the Promotion or use of any prize.

9.2 The Promoter is not liable for lost, damaged or late deliveries or SMS/email issues.

10. Platform Disclaimer

10.1 This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Shopify or any other platform.

Entrants release these platforms from all liability.

11. General

11.1 Failure by the Promoter to enforce any clause does not constitute a waiver.

11.2 If any provision is invalid, the remainder of the Terms continues in effect.

11.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
